Returns

All items carry a no-quibble 30-day money back guarantee. Return shipping is at the cost of the buyer unless items are faulty. Returns should be addressed to Boodle Store (Returns), 1 Parkside Road, Sale, M33 3HT. Please enclose a note of your name and address and reason for return.

Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange service.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds are normally processed within 2 working days.
